Crash Closes Route 37 In Manchester

MANCHESTER, NJ — A motor vehicle crash has closed Route 37 in both directions at Colonial Drive on Tuesday afternoon, causing delays in the area, the Ocean County Sheriff's Office and Manchester Township police said.

Manchester police said the closure is from Buckingham Drive to the Lakehurst Circle in both directions, and Colonial Drive is closed as well.

"If you need to pickup a student from the Manchester Township High School, please use Brown Avenue (Lakehurst) onto State Highway 37 East," Manchester police said.

The sheriff's office said the crash is causing a backup to Bone Hill Drive in Lakehurst.

Details about the crash were not immediately available.
