Drug Arrests Dominate Manchester Arrests In Early March
Police blotter from Feb. 28 to March 4 includes 11 arrests on drug-related charges.
MANCHESTER, NJ -- Manchester police made 11 arrests related to drug possession during the first week of March, with those charged ranging in age from 20 to 60 years old, according to the township's police blotter.
Here are the arrests made Feb. 28 through March 4, according to Capt. Todd Malland:

Ronald A. Waters 3rd, 20, of Toms River, possession of CDS, by Patrolman K. Craig, released with a summons.
Christopher B. Gill, 26, of Browns Mills, on a warrant, by Patrolman T. Chant, released on his own recognizance.

John K. Delaney, 22, of Jackson, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman C. Nazario, released with a summons.
Feb. 29
Anthony L. Ceres, 37, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman M. Lynch, taken to Ocean County Jail.
Adayja R. Simonetti, 20, of Lakehurst, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman P. Manco, released with a summons.
Silvano A. Francis, 30, of Toms River, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman P. Manco, released with a summons.

Thomas S. Stolz, 24, of Brick, on DWI on Route 70, by Patrolman M. Juralewicz, released with a summons.
Brian C. Castles, 41, of Brick, on a warrant, by Patroman A. Iliadis, turned over to Howell PD.
Dale R. Dexter, 43, of Toms River, on possession of CDS paraphernalia, by Patrolman M. Juralewicz, released with a summons.
Kimberly A. Croman, 43, of Forked River. on possession of CDS, by Patrolman M. Juralewicz, released with a summons.
Christine L. Brown, 33, of Seaside Heights, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman M. Juralewicz, released with a summons.

Genero Guarino 4th, 41, of Manchester, on a charge of weapons possession, by Patrolman J. Wiener, released with a summons.
Joan Canace, 55, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman N. Greenwood, turned over to Lakewood PD.
Robert J. Charlie, 34, of Bayville, possession of CDS, by Patrolman P. Manco, released with a summons.

Christopher M. Kenny, 44, of Manchester, possession of CDS paraphernalia, by Patrolman A. Iliadis, released with a summons.
Paul R. Roth Jr., 60, of Manchester, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman M. Steffen, released with a summons.
Katerina T. Bates, 21, of Brick, on a warrant, by Patrolman K. Rickvalsky, posted bail.

Sage M. Kenny, 18, of Manchester, on charges of robbery and theft, by Detective A. Emmons, taken to Ocean County Jail but posted bail.
