MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester police released the department's police blotter for the last week of January and early February. Warrant arrests and drug charges dominated the list.

Jan. 29

Noah J. Norris, 24, of Manchester, on a theft charge by Patrolman B. Volk; taken to Ocean County Jail but later released

Susan Lipko, 25, of Manchester, on a CDS charge and a warrant, by Patrolman B. Volk; taken to Ocean County Jail but later released

Jan. 30

Adrian C. Locke, 43, of Manchester, on a charge of disorderly conduct, by Sgt. B. Vidovich; released on a summons

Feb. 1

Heather L. Kozatiwitz, 20, of Matawan, on a warrant, by Patrolman T. Dill; released on bail

Keith B. Toll, 41, of Manchester, for a court sentencing, by Patrolman K. Rickvalsky; released with a summons

Kyle J. Jobes, 20, of Marlton, on a charge of providing false information, by Patrolman J. Fastige; turned over to Burlington County
