MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township police released a list of arrests in the last few weeks on warrants and drug charges.

The arrests occurred from Sept. 4 through Sept. 17.

Sept. 4

David W. Dixon, 57, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman J. Wiener; taken to Ocean County Jail but posted bail

Samantha A. Franklin, 25, of Jackson, on a warrant, by Patrolman A. Cronk; posted bail

Domingos J. Borges, 61, of Toms River, a charge of DWI on Cumberland Boulevard, by Patrolman B. Collins; released with a summons

Zaihmere O. Crudup, 19, of Freehold, on a warrant, by Patrolman M. Walaszek; turned over to Howell PD

James A. Melluso, 19, of Toms River, on a charge of CDS possession, by Patrolman K. Craig; released with a summons
