LAKEHURST, NJ — Lakehurst police released the following list of incidents that resulted in arrests in October in the borough.

Oct. 2: Officers responded to a residence on Maple Street for a disturbance. A 35-year-old man was arrested on a charge of simple assault. He was taken to police headquarters and lodged at the Ocean County Jail. Police Officer Harry Paul was the arresting officer.

Oct. 2: Officers responded to the Travel Inn for a disturbance. A 34-year-old man was arrested on a charge of simple assault. He was taken to police headquarters and lodged at the Ocean County Jail. Police Officer Harry Paul was the arresting officer.

Oct. 6: Police Officer Jacob Schilling pulled over a vehicle on Route 37 and found the driver, a 64-year-old man, had two active traffic warrants. He was taken to police headquarters and later released.

Oct. 9: Police Officer Vance Pelino pulled over a vehicle on Route 70 after seeing it being operated erratically and the driver, a 68-year-old man, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated. The man was taken to police headquarters and later released to a responsible adult.

Oct. 10: Officers responded to a residence on Maple Street for a disturbance. A 30-year-old man was arrested on a charge of simple assault, taken to police headquarters and later released. Police Officer Michael Sullivan was the arresting officer.

Oct. 12: Officers responded to an Elm Street home about a disturbance and arrested a 40-year-old man on charges of contempt of court, burglary, criminal mischief, and criminal coercion. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail. Police Officer Michael Sullivan was the arresting officer.

Oct. 24: Officers responded to the Travel Inn & Suites about a disturbance and arrested a 63-year-old man on charges of aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He was taken to police headquarters and later released per bail reform. Police Officer Harry Paul was the arresting officer.

Oct. 27: Police Officer Anthony Florio arrested two people following a motor vehicle stop at Cedar and Orange streets. An on-scene investigation led to the discovery of an unspecified quantity of heroin and drug paraphernalia. A 28-year-old woman was charged with possession of CDS and possession of paraphernalia; she also had active arrest warrants. A 29-year-old man was arrested as a result of active warrants. Both were taken to police headquarters; the woman was taken to the Ocean County Jail.
