DWI, Drug, Warrant Arrests: Manchester Police Blotter

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Townhip police made a number of arrests over the last month on charges of impaired driving, drug possession and warrants.

Six of those arrests were on charges of driving while impaired, but most were on outstanding warrants.

Feb. 5

Shelley M. Hamby, 30, of Vandalia, Ohio, on a charge of CDS possession, by Patrolman K. Craig; released with a summons

Albert C. Dannibale, 82, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Special Officer G. Reilly; released on recognizance

Feb. 6

Christopher C. Ziolkowski, 21, of Toms River, on a charge of CDS possession, by Patrolman K. Douglas; released with a summons

Adrian C. Locke, 43, of Manchester, on a charge of disorderly conduct and a warrant, by Patrolman B. Volk; taken to Ocean County Jail in lieu of $36,466; posted bail
