Eat Pizza, Support Manchester Scholarship Fund

The Manchester Township Education Association awards scholarships to high school students, plus Regional Day School.

MANCHESTER, NJ -- Take a break from cooking Wednesday night and help the Manchester Township Education Association support its scholarship fund with a pizza fundraiser.

Charlie’s Pizza, 1980 Route 37 in Manchester, is donating a portion of its proceeds Wednesday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to help the MTEA, which gives out scholarships to Manchester Township seniors each year.

MTEA President Dan Staples said the organization awarded 14 scholarships at Manchester Township High School in 2015 through an essay contest. Ten Regional Day School students received awards, as did two Manchester Township Middle School students.
