Election 2015: School Board, County Candidates In Manchester; Lakehurst Council Candidates

The sample ballots have been finalized. Here are the candidates for the school board and the Lakehurst council.

Manchester Township voters have three races to decide when they go to the polls two weeks from Tuesday.

Here’s an updated list of candidates for each race.

There is no Township Council race this year. For the Manchester Township Board of Education, incumbents Donald Webster Jr. and Christopher T. Nolan are running unopposed for two three-year terms.

In Lakehurst, Republicans James W. Davis Jr. and Gary L. Lowe are running unopposed for two, three-year terms, while Stephen F. Childers is running unopposed for a one-year unexpired term.

James Malden and Deborah Pease are running unopposed for two three-year terms on the borough Board of Education.

Brick voters also have two, three-year terms on the Ocean County Board of Freeholders and a five-year term for Ocean County Clerk to decide.

Running for freeholder are incumbents John C. Bartlett Jr. and Gerry P. Little. They are being challenged by Democrats Jimmy Esposito and Christopher Leitner.

Incumbent County Clerk Scott A. Colabella is being challenged by Kieran Pillion Jr.
