Free Parent/Family Bi-Lingual Program

Barnabas Health Institute for Prevention is presenting Strengthening Families, a 14-week free bi-lingual educational program for parents, grandparents, guardians and their 7th and 8th grade children. The program begins Tuesday, Jan 10 at Lakewood Middle School. There will be a complimentary dinner at each session. Gifts and prizes will be awarded to families with regular attendance. 

The award-winning program has been recognized by the World Health Organization as a model parenting program. Families will learn how to improve communication skills, develop effective conflict resolution techniques, set goals and establish family meetings.
