Farmers Market Kicks Off In Manchester

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township is hosting its first Farmers Market, after weeks of planning.

The market is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, May 11, at the municipal complex at 1 Colonial Drive.

There is a variety of vendors scheduled to be part of the market, offering fruits, vegetables, smoothies, soups, empanadas, desserts, home-baked goods, herbs, bedding plants, herbal teas and tinctures, all-natural dog treats and more.

The market is scheduled to continue Thursdays through July 27.

"We hope you take the opportunity to shop the great homemade and homegrown products from our various vendors each week and support our small local businesses," Manchester officials said. "We hope to build this market bigger and better each year."
