The 2023 dog license renewal form can be downloaded and printed out.

Residents are required to license all dogs that are over 7 months old, and must provide a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate and proof of spaying or neutering for dogs that have been spayed or neutered.

One-year and three-year licenses are available, and the township recommends mailing in the form with payment, as lines at the township office can be long during license renewal season. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Licenses must be obtained by June 30 or a late fee applies unless the dog is a new pet or you are a new resident of Manchester.
