Ridgeway Elementary students had the chance to make some new reptile friends during the Snakes and Scales presentation on April 12.

The Manchester PTA-sponsored program, hosted by Bill Bosenberg, owner of the Wanaque-based Snakes and Scales, introduced students to animals including an American alligator, monitor lizard, snapping turtle and a 14-foot python.
