Heroin Drug Use & Abuse
Excellent program presented by retired Lt. J. Pangaro at the Manchester Branch at the Ocean County Library, Tuesday, Oct 20th @ 6:30 pm.

Want to learn about the history of heroin abuse and how to detect if someone you love is using? Lt. Joe Pangaro presents a “highly engaging” talk about the history of the drug, the effects of heroin on the body, how to tell if someone is using and what the legal ramifications are if you get caught using or dealing.
Excellent informative program for Teens, parents and service providers. The program begins at 6:30 pm at the Manchester Branch of the Ocean County Library on October 20th.
