Waltz put out a description of the vehicle that fled to nearby police departments and a few hours later, Manchester Patrolman Arthur Cronk found the vehicle and pulled it over. The driver, identified as Page, was determined to have been driving it at the time of the Route 70 crash, Schroeck said.
Cronk's investigation also determined Page was driving under the influence, he said.
