Jersey Cash 5 Ticket Worth $88K Sold In Lakehurst

Someone who shops at the 7-Eleven on Route 70 in Lakehurst is holding a winning Jersey Cash 5 ticket worth nearly $90,000, lottery officials announced.

The winning Ocean County ticket split the $177,638 jackpot in Monday’s drawing with a winning ticket sold in Hudson County, so each winner gets $88,819, lottery executive director Carole Hedinger said.

The winning numbers were: 03, 14, 22, 29 and 33. Each retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000, she said.

Hedinger said 3,002 other players won $73,910 in cash prizes in the Monday drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 102 players won cash prizes of $355 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 2,900 players won $13 each.
