MANCHESTER, NJ — After two years of cancellations and modifications, residents in cities and counties across the country are looking forward to many of the traditional Independence Day activities that mark the summer holiday. July 4 is tomorrow, so there’s still time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you in 2022.

Here's what's in store this July 4 in Manchester:

What: Lakehurst July 4th Celebration
Where: Lake Horicon, Union Avenue
When: July 3, 2 p.m.-9 p.m.

What: Jenkinson's Independence Day Fireworks
Where: Boardwalk, Point Pleasant Beach
When: Dusk, July 4

Fourth of July fireworks return to Jenkinson's Boardwalk this summer.

What: Beachwood's Fireworks Over the Toms River
Where: Beachwood Beach, and beaches in Pine Beach, Ocean Gate and Island Heights along the Toms River.
When: July 4, at dark

The popular donation-funded pyrotechnics show that draws thousands to the banks of the Toms River will be back lighting up the sky. What: Independence Day Fireworks at the Jersey Shore BlueClaws
Where: First Energy Park, Lakewood
When: July 4, after the baseball game
A patriotic fireworks show follows the Jersey Shore BlueClaws game against the Hudson Valley Renegades.

What: Seaside Heights Fourth of July Fireworks
Where: Boardwalk, Seaside Heights
When: 9:30 p.m. July 4

Fireworks return to Seaside Heights this summer every Thursday, but there's an additional 30-minute fireworks display scheduled for the Fourth of July.
