Land Swaps, Well Remediation Set For Manchester Council Meeting
A special meeting of the Manchester council will hear ordinances, including one for $150,000 for well remediation.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Council has a special meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday at the township municipal building.
The agenda shows the council will be holding final hearings on four ordinances, two for land swaps, one to vacate a right-of-way, and one appropriating funds for well remediation.
The township is slated to swap property with Jeffrey Jerman under two of the ordinances.

A third ordinance would vacate a right-of-way on Burnside Street in Pine Lake Park.
The fourth ordinance up for final reading would pay for remediation of Well 4, in the eastern service area, addressing perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS), and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) levels.
