Congratulations to the LMSA U11G Blue Storm for taking first place in their spring 2016 season. This marks the 3rd consecutive spring season this talented group of girls have finished in first place!
Going into the final game the Coaches and players knew they had to win in order to finish in first place and they did so in dramatic style. Despite taking an early 2-0 lead, the Blue Storm found themselves down 3-2 with 5 left in the second half. But this dedicated team never gave up. They continued to play hard and scored 3 goals in 5 minutes to secure their first place win.
The Coaches and players look forward to continued success participating in tournaments this summer and into the fall season starting in September.
