Man Arrested With $72K In Cocaine, Oxycodone: Manchester Police
Michael Trotman of Beachwood was pulled over following a motor vehicle violation; he had cocaine, oxycodone ane more, police said.

MANCHESTER, NJ — A Beachwood man was arrested last week and more than $72,000 worth of drugs seized during a motor vehicle stop last week in Manchester, police said.
Michael Trotman, 33, of Beachwood, was arrested May 30 following a motor vehicle stop on Route 571 at Route 70, Manchester Lt. Vincent Manco said.
Trotman's vehicle was seen in the area by the township's Narcotics Enforcement Team and subsquently pulled over on Route 37 near Colonial Drive. A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up 1.6 pounds of cocaine, 27 oxycodone pills, 5 ounces of liquid codeine, 15 grams of marijuana, with an approximate street value of more than $72,000, and drug paraphernalia, Manco said.

Trotman was charged with one count each of possession and possession with intent to distribute cocaine; three counts of possession of and one count of possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, one count each of possession and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of codeine, hindering evidence by concealment, and possession of drug paraphernalia, Manco said,
Trotman is being held in the Ocean County Jail, according to jail records.

The 2015 Toyota Camry that was driven was seized during the investigation, as well as approximately $1,400 in cash, pending forfeiture, Manco said.
