Manchester Day Celebrates America's 250th Birthday
Manchester Township is set for its annual Manchester Day celebration. It will have a little extra sparkle for America's 250th Birthday.
MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township is gearing up for its annual Manchester Day celebration.
The celebration is set for Saturday, June 27, at Harry Wright Lake, 1501 Lake Road in Whiting.
The day also will celebrate America's 250th Birthday.

The events begin at 2 p.m. and there will be food and craft vendors, free rides, and games, raffles and prizes. Swimming in the lake will be free for the day, and there will be live entertainment by Soul Machine.
The rain date for Manchester Day is June 28, and the fireworks would be rescheduled to July 8.

Free shuttle service will be provided from the municipal parking lot on Colonial Drive, the Bowker Field parking lot and from the main clubhouse at the senior villages.
