Manchester Hiring 911 Dispatchers
Experience is preferred for the positions, and both full-time and per diem positions are available.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Police Department is hiring public safety telecommunicators, often referred to as 911 dispatchers.
The township is hiring for both full-time and per diem positions. Experience is preferred. Per-diem positions pay $20 to $35 per hour. The pay range for the full-time positions is $42,000 to $65,000. Steps increase annually on your anniversary hire date. All probationary public safety telecommunicators start at step 1, then move into their first step based on experience.
Certification in New Jersey's Office of Emergency Telecommunications Services-approved Basic 911/Basic PST preferred. Experience with Spillman and Emergency Call Works systems preferred. Must be able to work all three shifts (0700-1500; 1500-2300; 2300-0700), weekends, holidays, and forced overtime.
