The investigation, conducted by the Brick Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit, Ocean County Prosecutor’s Major Crimes Unit, Ocean County Prosecutor’s Special Operations Group and Toms River Police Department, started earlier this month, said Al Della Fave, spokesman for the prosecutor's office.
