Manchester Mayor Challenges Principal To Jump In Lake For Penguin Plunge
The winner gets bragging rights, the loser has to donate to the Regional Day School fundraiser in the other's name, Ken Palmer says.

MANCHESTER, NJ -- Manchester Mayor Ken Palmer wants Manchester Township High School Principal Dennis Adams to go jump in the lake -- and Palmer says he will, too.
The goal? Raising money for Manchester Regional Day School's annual prom and graduation through the annual Penguin Plunge, hosted by the Manchester Township Alliance. The plunge is marking its fifth year this year of raising funds for the Regional Day School's events.
This year, the Penguin Plunge is scheduled to be held April 9 at 1 p.m. at Harry Wright Lake.

Palmer said his challenge to Adams is simple: Whoever raises the most money will have bragging rights for a year. The loser has to donate $20 in the name of the winner.
Both will be taking a dash into the sure-to-be-chilly waters at Harry Wright Lake however.
