Manchester Police Blotter: Warrant, Drug Arrests

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township police made the following arrests recently. Those arrested are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

The blotter includes the name, age, and hometown of those arrested, along with the charge, the arresting officer and release information. In some instances additional information is added from Ocean County Jail records.

AUG. 22

Joshua Gonzales, 25, of Lakewood, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman J. Fastige; released with a summons

AUG. 23

Theodore D. Alexandrou, 34, of Neptune, on a charge of impersonating an officer, by Lt. V. Manco; released with a summons

AUG. 24

April M. Erikson, 25, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman K. Douglas; turned over to Toms River PD

Michael D. Erikson, 45, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman K. Douglas, taken to the Ocean County Jail. According to jail records, Erikson was still being held as of Sept. 5 on charges of theft and willful nonsupport, with bail of $7.500 set for the theft charge and bail of $25,154.46 on the child support charge.

Ronsario J. Hayes, 26, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman K. Craig; released on his own recognizance

Thomas Dolan III, 43, of Jackson, on a warrant, by Patrolman N. Greenwood; taken to the Ocean County Jail but subsquently posted bail

Dmitrey Shekhtman, 27, of Jackson, on a warrant, by Patrolman N. Greenwood; turned over to Wall Township PD

Thalia A. Taylor, 23, of Toms River, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman K. Craig; released with a summons

AUG. 26

Nigel O. Dubose, 24, of Neptune, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman S. Wendruff; released with a summons

Derel M. Stroud, 30, of Liberty, NC, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman S. Wendruff, released with a summons

Luis R. Guzman, 23, of Island Heights, on a warrant, by Patrolman K. Craig; taken to the Ocean County Jail. He is being held on a charge of being under the influence of a CDS without a prescription and two counts of obstructing the administration of law, with a total bail of $1,000, according to jail records as of Sept. 5.

Matthew D. Buckridge, 25, of Manchester, on a theft charge, by Patrolman T. Chant; taken to Ocean County Jail. He is being held on a charge of possession of CDS and a charge of theft, with bail set at $5,000 on the drug charge and no bond for the theft charge, according to jail records as of Sept. 5.

Ruben Paulino, 22, of Jersey City, on a warrant, by Patrolman M. Anderson; taken to the Ocean County Jail but subsequently posted bail

Christopher S. Tull, 35, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman R. Conklin; released on his own recognizance

Sean E. Cutro, 31, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman P. Manco; bail posted

Norma L. Hunter, 69, of East Elmhurst, NY, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman M. Guarino; released with a summons

Joshua P. Hunter, 43, of Brick, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman M. Guarino; taken to the Ocean County Jail but subsequently posted bail

Jeffery B. Kim, of Queens, NY, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman R. Saul; released with a summons

Michael C. Baraus, 22, of Jackson, on a charge of DWI on Route 571, by Patrolman B. Collins; released with a summons
