Manchester Police Report Drug, Burglary Arrests
Nine people were charged with drug, burglary, or shoplifting charges in the last week.

Manchester Township Police reported drug and burglary arrests over the course of the last week.
According to the Manchester Police Department, the following arrests were made:
Three men were arrested Dec. 15 on North Colonial Drive. Kevin M. Monahan, 19, of Lakehurst, was charged with burglary and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Justin C. Hall, 27, of Lakehurst, was also charged with burglary and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Frederick C. Monahan 3rd, 33, of Ocean Gate, was charged with possession of drug paraphrenalia. They were lodged in the Ocean County Jail pending bail.

- Albert M. Zipf Jr., 21, of Manchester, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Route 70.
- Michael Lane, 32, of Toms River, was issued a summons on Dec. 15 for shoplifting from a Manchester Plaza business.
- Latasha R. Morris, 19, of Manchester, was charged on Dec. 16 with hindering apprehension while on Buckingham Drive.
- Richard Kessler, 25, of Jackson, was arrested on Dec. 17 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Route 571. He was lodged in the Ocean County Jail pending bail.
- Grayson Wolff, 19, of Farmingdale, was issued a summons on Dec. 19 for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Hannibal Street.
- Zachary Gray, 20, of Forked River, was issued a summons on Dec. 20 for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Lacey Road.
