Breaking: The rider was speeding, doing wheelies and was not wearing a helmet, police said.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a dirt bike rider who was riding recklessly in the Pine Lake Park section of the township on Saturday.
In a post on the department's Facebook page, police said the rider, described only as a young male, was "cruising recklessly without a helmet and riding at a high rate of speed on his red and white dirt bike," the post said.
He was first seen crossing over Commonwealth Boulevard on Southampton Boulevard by a patrolman, who tried to pull the biker over, police said.
