Manchester Preschool Expansion Application Approved

The school district said an information session for parents and guardians will be scheduled and registration information will be out soon.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township School District will be expanding its preschool after the New Jersey Department of Education approved its application for a Preschool Expansion Grant.

The preschool program will be open to all Manchester Township families with 3- and 4-year-olds.

"We will prepare information for the community in the coming weeks, including an in-person Parent Information Session," Superintendent John Berenato said. "As intended, our program will need to begin on October 3, 2022. While this news is very exciting and a huge gain for our community, there is a lot of work to be done before our classrooms will be ready for our youngest learners."
