Manchester students' artistic talents will be on display at Manchester Township High School on Thursday at the second annual Manchester Township Youth Arts Festival.There will be art exhibits and musical performances, crafts, demonstrations, photo booths and more. It will showcase the talents of students from every school in the district.Admission to the festival, which runs from 6-8 p.m., at Manchester Township High School, 101 S. Colonial Dr., is free.
