MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township officials distributed the following public notice about Monday's township council meeting:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular council meeting scheduled for Monday, February 13, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. will now start at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of an Executive Session for one (1) hour discussing Personnel. The regular meeting agenda will begin at 6:00 p.m. It will be held in the Courtroom of the Manchester Township Municipal Building, 1 Colonial Dr., Manchester, NJ 08759.
