Manchester Township Elementary School Gets New Principal
Linda Waldron will replace Marjorie Stevens, who retired in June

The Manchester Township Board of Education has appointed a new principal with over 17 years of elementary school experience to take over the Manchester Township Elementary School, replace Marjorie Stevens, who retired in June, district spokesperson Lee Bruzaitis said.

Waldron’s most recent assignment was principal of the Fairview Elementary School in Middletown, Bruzaitis said.

Prior to that, she worked for 13 years in the Berkeley Township School District, and a year as the Assistant Principal of the Wemrock Brook School with the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District.
“I am committed to working together to build the self-confidence of each of our students, and seeing that they are challenged to their fullest potential,” said Waldron. “I truly want to make a difference in their life! My goal is to see that the love of learning is nurtured and created by everyone.”
