UPDATE: Gas Line Repaired, Road Reopened In Manchester
Road closed for two hours while repairs made

UPDATE, 9:20 p.m.: Township Line Road is reopened to traffic after New Jersey Natural Gas repaired a leaking gas line in the road, Manchester police said via Nixle alert.
EARLIER:
Township Line Road in Manchester, between Beaver Avenue and Route 530, is closed to traffic due to repairs to a leaking gas main, Manchester Township police announced via Nixle alert.

A gas leak was reported in the area and New Jersey Natural Gas crews are on the scene actively working to repair the line, the alert said.
There are no current evacuations and no danger at this time, police said in the alert.

Drivers should take Fox Street from Beaver to bypass the closure to reach Route 530, they said.
Residents of A Country Walk at Lake Ridge may be without natural gas service until the repair is completed, police said.
