Military Training Advisory Issued By Manchester Police
Training is expected to include low-flying aircraft, Manchester police said.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Residents may see low-flying aircraft in the area due to military training exercises in the Whiting section of Manchester, police said Saturday.
Manchester Township police issued an alert about the U.S. military training, which was anticipated for Saturday, Oct. 14.
"We want to make you aware that as a part of this training, you might see some low-flying aircraft in the vicinity," the alert said.

Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst officials did not issue a statement but training goes on consistently at the base, officials have said in the past.
The base's noise calendar for October said loud training is on the schedule, with high noise levels nearly daily through Oct. 22 (Oct. 18 is listed as a medium noise-level day).
