Zoom lecture by Author Jacqueline Saper

On Suday August 15 at 7:30pm on zoom, Temple Beth Hillel is sponsoriong a ZOOM lecture by Author Jacqueline Saper:

Jacqueline Saper was born in Tehran. She was a carefree teenager prior to the 1979 Iranian Revolution. Her family remained in Iran until she was able to escape with her husband and children in 1987. She experienced the cultural and religious changes that occurred during those years as well as difficult conditions during the Iran-Iraq War. Her personal account demonstrates the changes in Iran from a Westernized country to a fundamentalist Islamic one.

The program is sponsored by the Temple Beth Hillel Adult Education Committee and the Sisterhood of TBH. We will be joining fifteen other synagogues and Jewish organizations throughout the country for this event. For the zoom link and password contact the Temple office at Admin@tbhsw.org. Temple Beth Hillel is a reform syanagogue located at 20 Baker Lane Saouth Windsor. All are welcome.
