MANCHESTER, NJ— A Manchester Township man who had been missing since Sunday has been found safe, Manchester police said Monday evening. Charles DiBiase, 60, had been missing since Sunday morning. Manchester police updated a Facebook posting about him shortly before 7 p.m. Monday, saying he had been found. Police did not release details on where he was found.

MANCHESTER, NJ— A Manchester Township man who had been missing since Sunday has been found safe, Manchester police said Monday evening.

Charles DiBiase, 60, had been missing since Sunday morning. Manchester police updated a Facebook posting about him shortly before 7 p.m. Monday, saying he had been found. Police did not release details on where he was found.
