LAKEHURST, NJ — A Howell Township man has been hospitalized after a motorcycle crash on Route 70, Lakehurst police said Thursday.

Kevin Sullivan, 67, suffered serious injuries when he was thrown from his motorcycle, a silver 2006 Yamaha, when he hit a curb as he was changing lanes from Route 70 onto Route 37 about 5:30 p.m. Monday, Lakehurst Detective Madelyn Poss said.

Sullivan's motorcycle hit the center median of the Lakehurst Circle, scattering debris along Route 37, she said.
