Post-Acute Care Facility Proposed For Route 37 Site In Manchester

The facility would have 124 beds for patients who have been released from a hospital but still need care.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Planning Board is scheduled to hear a proposal for a post-acute care facility at a special meeting set for Wednesday.

The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at town hall, 1 Colonial Drive.

The proposal is for a 124-bed short-term post-acute care facility at 2132 Route 37, at the property next to the Manchester Family Golf Center.
