Property Tax Relief Still Available For Manchester Seniors
There is still time to apply for the 2020 Senior Freeze property tax relief program operated by the state of New Jersey.
MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township senior citizens and residents who are disabled can still apply for New Jersey's Senior Freeze property tax reimbursement program.
The program reimburses eligible senior citizens and disabled residents for property tax or mobile home park site fee increases on their principal residence.
Applicants must meet all the eligibility requirements for each year from the base year through the application year.

While some payments already have been mailed, residents who have not applied still have time to do so.
The deadline to file for the Senior Freeze is Nov. 1. Instructions on how to apply are on the state website.
