S.T.E.M. Day Brings Science, Tech, Fun To Manchester School
Regional Day School students worked with marble runs and much more thanks to a $15,000 Manchester Township Education Foundation grant.
MANCHESTER, NJ — S.T.E.M. Day brought science, technology and fun to Regional Day School in the Manchester Township School District recently for students, families and staff.
The day was made possible by a $15,000 grant from the Manchester Township Education Foundation, which was used to purchase the S.T.E.M. activities being used across all grade levels at Regional Day School.
Classrooms were buzzing with S.T.E.M. Centers, where students and guests worked with items such as marble runs, golf courses created with life-sized Lincoln logs and legos, chain reactions, 3-D pens, magnetic blocks, and more.

Students worked with simple machines and explored virtual reality devices. They even taught Superintendent John Berenato how to fly their drone, the district noted.
