School Budget Vote Elimination on Lakehurst Council's Feb. 16 Agenda
The borough council will meet at 6:30 p.m.

When the meets Thursday, it will consider a resolution which would eliminate school budget votes and move board of education elections to November.
The full agenda, which is posted online, also shows that the council will consider a service agreement with the Pinehurst Estates and set fees for copies of records during the 7:30 p.m. meeting at the community center on Center Street.
Manchester and several neighboring municipalities have opted to . Though Manchester's board of education voted for the change, a municipal government can also authorize it, according to Lakehurst's resolution.
