Start Your Engines: Manchester Cub Scouts' Super Derby On Tap

MANCHESTER, NJ -- Manchester Cub Scout Pack 44 is calling all racers to join it for its Super Derby, scheduled for April 30 at the Manchester Township Fire House.

Races start at noon.

There is a registration and car-cutting workshop this Thursday, April 14, at Manchester Township High School that begins at 7:30 p.m. Car kits will be available for $5 each, and you can register for the Super Derby at that time at a cost of $10 per competing car. There are three categories: Powder Puff, for girls; Stock Car, for boys under age 18, and Open Class, for 10-ounce cars, with no age limit.

You must register by Thursday for the Super Derby.
