Suspicious Vehicle, Driver Seen At Manchester Bus Stops May Be Linked To Abduction Attempts In Pa.
Manchester police have warned parents to be on the alert after a man was seen lingering at bus stops last week.
Following up on an alert issued Sunday, Manchester Township police issued a Nixle alert Monday morning, warning parents in town to be on the lookout for a suspicious vehicle seen lingering near school bus stops in the Pine Lake Park section of town.
Now there are questions being raised about whether the driver is the same one being sought in connection with an attempted abduction and three luring attempts in Pennsylvania.
Residents commenting on the Manchester Police Facebook page shared a link to an article from WFMZ 69News from Allentown, Pa., reporting on a string of incidents in Berks County, Pa., where police are seeking a Hispanic male in his 30s in connection withan attempted abduction and three attempted luring cases. In one case a Hispanic male tried to grab a child but the child broke free and ran away. In the others, a Hispanic male in his 30s tried to lure children into a black SUV with tinted windows.
