Take The Plunge, Raise Funds For Manchester's Regional Day School Prom
The Penguin Plunge will help pay for the prom and graduation activities for the students at the school that serves those with special needs.

Take the plunge into the icy waters of Whiting Lake and help the students at Manchester’s Regional Day School have a memorable prom and graduation at the Manchester Township Alliance’s fourth annual Penguin Plunge.
The event, set for 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, raises funds for the school for students with special needs.
Whiting Lake is on Lake Road in Whiting. Register for the plunge by calling Linda McCarthy at 732-928-1500 or by email at lmccarthy@manchestertwp.org, or Manchester Municipal Alliance coordinator Tracy Sloan at 732-657-7892 or sloanT89@msn.com.

Registrants must be at least 12 years old and must be accompanied by an adult. There is a maximum of three minor registrants per adult 18 or older. Participation is limited to the first 250 registrants
The Manchester PAL will provide hot chocolate and coffee, and 100 percent of the profits will go to the Regional Day School prom and graduation activities.
