Tax Preparation Help Available For Manchester Senior Citizens

The assistance is being provided by a partnership of the Ocean County Office of Senior Services and AARP.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Senior citizens who live in Manchester and need assistance preparing their 2019 tax return can get help through April 15 in Manchester.

The assistance is provided through a partnership of the Ocean County Office of Senior Services and AARP. There is no charge.

You will need to bring the following items:

  • Copy of your 2018 Federal and New Jersey tax returns
  • Your Social Security card
  • All W-2 wage and tax statements
  • All 1099-R pension and annuity statements
  • All 1099s for interest, dividends, stocks, etc.
  • All Social Security statements including Form SSA-1099
  • All Medical Expenses including mileage
  • All tax-related statements (property tax, etc.)
  • Bank account information for direct deposit of refund or direct debit of payment
  • PTR Booklet and Primary Residence Real Estate Tax Bill

  • Leisure Village West, Willow Hall, 3 Buckingham Dr., Thursdays through April 9, 9 a.m. to noon by appointment only; call 732-657-9109
  • Cedar Glen Lakes Clubhouse, 100 Michigan Avenue, Whiting, Wednesdays through April 15, noon to 3:30 p.m.; walk-ins are welcomed.
  • Crestwood Village II, Harmony Hall, Route 530, Thursdays through April 9, 9 a.m. to noon; walk-ins welcomed.
  • Crestwood Village III, Unity Hall, 250 School House Road, Fridays through April 10, noon to 3:30 p.m.; walk-ins welcomed.
