We all know them: the coaches who find a way to make everyone feel included. The teachers who help us understand not only the subjects they teach, but the bigger issues of life. The mentors who, when we feel we just can’t go any further, show us the way to go just a little bit farther.

Do you have someone like this in your life who helped you when you needed it most? We want to hear it.

Tell us about the coach, mentor or teacher who made a difference in your life. Your mentor will be entered for a chance to win a prize package from Patch. All Everyday Hero submissions will be shared on Patch.
