'The Drowsy Chaperone' Advance Tickets On Sale Thursday Afternoon

Advance tickets for the high school theater production of "The Drowsy Chaperone" will be on sale Thursday afternoon.

The production, which will be staged by members of the Manchester Township High School Drama Club, is slated for Friday, March 2 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 3 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets can be purchased Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the high school's main lobby.

Advance tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students. All tickets will cost $10 at the high school auditorium door, should they still be available on performance days.

The cast and crew, which spoke with Manchester Patch about their preparations for the Tony Award-winning musical, called the show "zany" with "a lot of unexpected happenings, twists and turns, satire and mayhem.”

Tickets also can be purchased through a form which can be mailed or dropped off at the school. No orders will be taken online or by phone.
