UPDATE: Crash Shuts Route 37 Overnight In Manchester

UPDATE, 5 a.m.: Traffic on Route 37 should be flowing normally this morning in the area of Commonwealth Boulevard in Manchester.

Details on the crash that resulted in the closure of Route 37 for a few hours Monday night were not immediately available.

PREVIOUSLY: Manchester Township police issued a Nixle alert shortly before 9 p.m. Monday, urging motorists to avoid the area of Route 37 and Commonwealth Boulevard.

The alert said the area is closed due to motor vehicle accident investigation.

Motorists are urged to use Route 571 as an alternate route, the alert said.
