MANCHESTER, NJ -- (Updated, 12:40 p.m.) Lacey Road in Manchester has reopened from an earlier closure, Manchester police said.
In a Nixle alert issued about 12:35 p.m., police said the road had been reopened at the intersection with Route 530.
It had been closed for more than an hour after a motor vehicle accident on Lacey Road.
