Update To Rent Leveling Ordinance On Manchester Council Agenda

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Council is scheduled to meet Monday evening at town hall, and the agenda includes several ordinances.

The council meeting is set for 6 p.m. at the municipal building, 1 Colonial Drive.

Also on the agenda for a second reading is an ordinance to appropriate $850,000 for a township-wide property revaluation. Township officials said at the Oct. 23 council meeting that they anticipate being ordered to do a revaluation because Manchester's property values have fallen to 64.93 percent of the market value.
