Warrants, Drug Arrests: Manchester Police Blotter

MANCHESTER, NJ — Warrant arrests and drug arrests dominated the arrest blotter for the last two weeks, Manchester Township police said.

The blotter released Thursday covers the time from July 2 through July 15.

Information included is the arrestee's name, age and hometown, the charge, who arrested them, and whether they were held or released.

July 2

Rashshan G. Thomas, 25, of Neptune City, on a CDS charge, by Patrolman B. Collins; released with a summons

July 3

David Ireland III, 26, of Seaside Heights, on a burglary charge, by Patrolman M. Micciulla; released with a summons

Ryan M. Fiore, 20, of Manchester, on an alcohol offense, by Patrolman K. Douglas; released with a summons

Devin R. Healey, 21, of Manchester, on an alcohol offense, by Patrolman P. Mabie; released with a summons
