The WBA's 1st Annual TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY

What a very special day for the Whiting Community and the WBA!!

A day of Giving Back while celebrating the holiday season is what this event is all about.

Along with the actual ceremonial “Lighting of The Tree”, there will be so much more Holiday Spirit and Good Cheer being generated by this festive event! The Whiting Business Association continues it’s constant efforts to give back to the Whiting community and to work together with the people of Whiting to create a wonderful place for us all to live and work.

The goal of this event is to give the Whiting community a joy-filled evening, filled with song, Holiday cheer and friendly faces. There will be an opportunity for all who come to do a little “giving back” of there own if they so wish to by donating food to the St. Stephens Food Pantry and/or by donating gifts to Toys for Tots.

*Toys For Tots will be on hand to accept any new toys (wrapped or unwrapped) you would like to donate.

*Holiday songs performed by The Manchester Middle School Chorus & The Stellar Theatre Group!

* Plenty of Free Gifts & Food!

*Bring your cash or food donations for the St. Stephens Food Pantry. We’d like to make sure no Whiting resident is hungry this holiday season and through out the coming year.

* Best of all, Santa Claus will be there to help!
